I belong to a group called partnership in safety and justice. We are gearing up to begin talking with our public officals to campaign against Measure 11, and with a new focus- smart on crime. Now is the time, tax payers are sick and tired of wasting money on a system that just doesnt work. My question is- why dont we all band together when we talk to our public officals. There is power and numbers and the climate today shows its time for a change!!!!
