Yes my name is Candy Fuller now the 2nd chance act reform new prison inmates new laws measure 11 now has new guide lines for Oregon my brother was charged with attempt assault 2nd degree for fighting with a friend who made a sexual move towards my brother now that measure 11 has been taken off the ballots and many prisons getting early releases would that go towards his 24 months sentence please give me some updates on Oregon’s new prison laws and early release thanks
